We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Specific Circumstances
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you receive a flawed or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at poshpouchbyjuliam@gmail.com with photos of the product.

Wrong Product: We will provide a return shipping label. Once the tracking is active, we will ship a replacement immediately.

Defective/Damaged: We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. We will process a free exchange for the same product.
Change of Mind
Please choose your items carefully regarding color, size, and texture. We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.
Order Cancellations
We process and ship orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we will try our best to halt the process with our department, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped.
Fees & Non-Returnable Items

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on gift cards, downloadable software, or specific health/personal care items.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale are final sale.

Refund Process
