At The Posh Pouch by Julia M, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
🌎 Global Delivery
We offer Global Express Delivery to ensure you can enjoy our products no matter where you are. We partner with reliable logistics providers including DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, Wanb, EMS, YunExpress, and Yanwen.
📦 Processing & Tracking

Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that processing may take longer during peak periods, such as holidays or major sales.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Tracking Your Order: You can track your package on the carrier’s official website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Local Delivery: Once the package reaches your country, your local postal service will handle final delivery. You can often use the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website for more detailed updates.
⏱️ Delivery Times & Refunds
While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Late Delivery Refund: If your package has not arrived after 45 business days, a full refund will be granted (excluding cases involving reshipments or exchanges already in progress).

Tracking Limit: Tracking data is typically active for 60 days. Please contact us within this window if there are issues, as we cannot provide assistance once this period has passed.
🛠️ Order Changes & Issues

Address Changes: If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please email poshpouchbyjuliam@gmail.com immediately. Packages returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Order Modifications: Contact us immediately for any changes. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs once the order is placed.

Item Not Received: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first to locate the item. If the issue persists, email us at poshpouchbyjuliam@gmail.com.
🚑 Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Report it quickly: Email us at poshpouchbyjuliam@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery.

Provide Proof: Please include a clear photo of the damaged product and the packaging.

Carrier Note: If possible, report any visible damage (soaked, torn, or bent packaging) directly to the carrier upon delivery.
